The first contract for drawings, permit submittal process, structural calculations, and permit fees ranges from $2,500 to $6,000, depending on the project size. This amount is non-refundable and paid at the time of signing.
How long does it take to obtain permits for a project?
The time it takes to pull permits can range from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, depending on the municipality's schedule.
What is the payment schedule for a project?
The second contract is for the actual work to be completed, with 50% paid upfront and 50% upon completion.
How does ESRAZ handle clean up and dust control during a project?
Our employees and subcontractors maintain the highest standards for daily clean up and dust control, securing any openings in the house overnight.
How long does it take to complete a remodeling project?
Project timelines depend on the scope of work and permit issuance. We pride ourselves on completing projects on time, which contributed to our Best Remodel Contractor award in 2023.
