We chose Energy Shield for several reasons…. They make the windows custom to what you want… Our prior windows had transoms which we wanted to get rid of and secondly we have a small guest bath window that no other company could make and they made one…. Installers were great…. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable ….. after installation there were 3 windows with a scratch in them. They were out the next day to replace the windows… awesome customer service as well… highly recommend them…..

Great work, great price and the windows look beautiful. Home is now cooler with energy efficient windows from Energy Shield, an Arizona company. The price was much less than the other big national companies and the warranty is just as good or better than some. We highly recommend Energy Shield.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Energy Shield. We had 16 windows and a patio door replaced and the entire project went smoothly. From meeting with Robert the sales rep to installation, the Energy Shield personnel were professional and efficient. Our job required cutting away the stucco, removing the old windows and door, installing the new products, and re-stuccoing. The installation guys were conscientious and neat, cleaning up as they went along. The windows look great and the stucco job was perfect. I have no qualms in strongly recommending Energy Shield. BTW, we met with 6 companies before choosing Energy Shield and after this experience, I will go straight to them if I ever have new needs for windows.

5 years ago EnergyShield replaced all of my windows and they still look so beautiful! Today I had them replace 2 patio doors. Jake and Max did an awesome job- I love my new doors, and I love this company. I couldn’t be happier with their work!

From the estimate thru the installation. It was a wonderful experience! Our estimator(Jeff) was friendly, straight forward, answered all our questions and gave us our estimate. The installation went perfect! The main installer Julio and his coworker were awesome. We kept feeding them water on a very hot morning and were very appreciative! They were on time, courteous, answered our questions and very mindful of our property. The process of removing our two old jealousy windows was a bit of a challenge but they did it with ease. The window installation went very smooth, had to adapt the new window moldings, caulked and then the guys cleaned up, like they were never there. Took the old windows and trim. We have worked with Energy Shield twice now and have been very happy with their work. We previously had windows replaced by another company that installed Energy Shield windows, and they quoted us prices much higher than when we worked with Energy Shield directly. Energy Shield’s installation quality is also much higher in our experience. The interior trim on our windows installed by the other company looks sloppy and is failing in places after only a few years. The attention to detail by Energy Shield’s installers is great, and the installation on all our windows looks clean and professional. We would highly recommend Energy Shield to anyone looking for high quality and a good value.

Amazing windows, all 12 windows installed in 1 day. They were clean and fast and did great job. Definitely can tell a difference right away with the reduction of heat coming in, and the house is much cooler especially in the rooms on the south side of house.

The Energy Shield crew showed up on time and began installing with out a hitch. They covered the floors inside and picked up all their trash before they left. I walked with Ramon the job Forman and identified locks that’s needed adjustment and this was taken care of immediately. They cleaned the window tracks so every window glided and moved with literally one finger. They cleaned the glass and left the windows looking new. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Shield. New 14 foot slider and a picture window installed in one day . This Required demolition and rebuild. Next day – repair of stucco and sheet rock finished and ready for paint. Exemplary work. A few minor tweaks needed, not surprising in a multi-faceted job. These were addressed fully and satisfactorily in less than 4 days from original build out. Would hire again!

Two crews and two days to compete our 20 window replacement. They were professional, well trained and courteous. Did a great job and I highly recommend Energy Shield. They even removed glass blocks in guest bathroom and replaced with a “rain glass” window to prevent the enormous heat loss. This included the stucco and dry wall repair. Looks great.

Energy Shield makes their own windows no middleman. That’s how they are able to offer quality windows at a fair price. Everyone we dealt with in the company was professional and friendly down to the installers. We initially sought Home Depot. Their price was a lot higher for equal or less quality windows. If you’re considering replacing your windows try Energy Shield.

Energy shield installed replacement windows for our entire home. From a price perspective, they could not be beat. Their install team was good. Their work was generally neat and they generally respected our home. Their finished product seems good. What wasn’t great: The QC from their factory leaves something to be desired. 4 of 9 openings had window panes that were scratched upon install. One of the replacement panes sent also had scratches. I am at a complete loss as to why these would have been sent. Some of the scratches were on the inside surface of the window panes, so the damage didn’t happen in transit. Additionally, one of the wi dow locks did not work and a screen was missing. They ended up coming out twice after install to make all the windows acceptable. The guys who came for the rework were very nice, but it was very inconvenient that they had to come twice. During one of these visits, one of the guys was carrying a larger window pane on his own and damaged a family photo and the adjacent wall paint. Somethings to be aware of: The time to install was about 3 months. This was significantly longer than other, more expensive options. The caulking around the new window frames seems wider and a bit messier than the other replacement windows I have seen installed in our condo complex. Minor, but potentially irritating to someone who likes neat work. 4 stars: Because of the price, I would use them again in spite of the other items. The inconvenience of requiring 3 total visits. The unecessary damage to our photo and wall and the reluctance of the supervisor to arrive at a reasonable accommodation which put the finish guy in an awkward position (which he handled very well.)

This is the second large slider that Energy Shield has installed and each time, the price was right, they provided full service including dry wall, electrical snd patching (excluding Painting). Every contractor was on time and did quality work. The entire project was completed on time with minimal disruption. I would buy from Energy Shield again. No question.

Benny & Ramon just completed my whole house replacement installation of windows and sliding patio glass doors and it amazing what a difference they make. Itt was a 2 day job and they arrived on time yesterday and got right on it. They were both very professional and obviously took pride in doing a great job. The windows and doors were made to order in their factory and each fit perfectly as they should the first time they were put in place and no doubt will be a huge improvement to keep my house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The products are made here in Phoenix to deal with the extreme heat and fine dust and they have a warranty that backs up their product claims. I was happy with my decision to buy Energy Shield and even happier now after the install. Great product, expert installers and very happy customer. Don’t take my word for it, give them a call and start enjoying the benefits of windows and doors made in Phoenix for customers in Phoenix and weather specific to Phoenix, Arizona. You live here, you know what I’m talking about!!!

Converted 5 windows into sliders and replaced 6 transom windows. The 3 crews were amazing from start to finish. Crews are super respectful, reliable and clean. Highly recommend this company with amazing service , 5 starts not enough !

We had 8 windows installed 0n 9/11/2023. Labors arrived on time, worked together putting in the windows. Everyone was very professional.

OMG, SO happy with these people! Our new windows are wonderful, and made us realize just how bad our 23-year-old builder-grade windows were. Their crew was on time and did a great job cleaning up afterward. We chose this company because they manufacture locally, have their own crew (no subs), and give a lifetime warranty on the windows and mechanisms. The consultant that met with us gave us a couple of great ideas for changing the design a bit of a couple of windows, which really made things look more high-end. AND they were about half the price of “the other guy” – bonus!

Had new windows installed on house today. Absolutely great quality product and exceptional & meticulous installers. Would highly recommend.

I am amending my review. Company contacted me and moved my stucco fix up to the 21st. Crew came this morning, on time, and got right to work. Not only did they do a beautiful job matching the stucco texture, they poured a concrete support under the lip of the door so it won’t flex. They also need brought me a screen door. They were fast and friendly and cleaned up everything. Very happy now. I am not finished dealing with this company, so maybe it’s too early to post a 2 star review. The 2 installers showed up on time and got straight to work. We had already removed the inside mounding and threshold because we wanted to keep it. They did not score the stucco on the outside and so, of course it tore away in 3 areas. They told us the stucco repair crew would be out on Monday to repair the holes and drop off the screen door, which was sent to us broken. Monday morning I got a call to schedule stucco repair. First available date, May 23,over 4 weeks out. And sliding screens are on back order. Can’t leave slider open due to no screen and when I am sitting on my patio I get to look at 3 ragged holes in the house. Very disappointing. Hopefully things will get fixed properly.

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they’d arrive. With my job I wasn’t able to be there but my girlfriend complimented their cleanliness and how corgual they were. The windows look great and operate as promised!
